In the “Observations” list, the “Search…” field filters instantly on the description, the number and the ID. On a tablet, the magnifying glass at the top of the screen does the same.
To narrow it down, combine it with the filters (funnel icon): status, type, trade, priority, location, plan, period. The categories in the left-hand column (In progress, Archived, Deleted) and saved views let you find a selection in one click.
