Privacy policy

This policy covers the funbim.com website. The data processed in the FunBIM application (app.funbim.com and mobile apps) is described in the data protection policy of the application.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is FUNBIM, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,241, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 833 433 725, whose registered office is at 17 avenue d'Eylau, 75016 Paris, France, reachable at contact@funbim.com or on +33 1 89 70 38 08. For any question about your data, write to this address with the subject “Personal data”.
2. What we collect, and why

We never ask for sensitive data. All form fields are needed to send the resource and adapt it to your trade, except the contact tick box, which is optional.
3. Business prospecting
We address construction professionals, about their business. If you ticked the contact box, we may write to you or call you about site tracking. Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time at contact@funbim.com. We do not call people who have not ticked the box.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is processed by the FunBIM team and by our processors, who act on our instructions:
- HubSpot (CRM, forms, e-mails, meeting booking). Data hosted in the United States, transfer covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Vercel (hosting of the funbim.com website).
- Our subscription billing provider, hosted in the United States, for customers.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to anyone else, except where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
The funbim.com website uses HubSpot’s audience measurement tool. It only sets cookies if you accept them in the banner shown when you arrive. These cookies tell us which pages are viewed and, if you have filled in a form, link your visits to your contact record. You can refuse, or change your mind later by deleting the cookies in your browser. Embedded videos (YouTube in no-cookie mode, Loom) only load their own cookies when playback starts.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it erased, within the limits of our legal obligations;
- object to its use, in particular for prospecting;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before;
- request the restriction of processing or the portability of your data;
- set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
Write to contact@funbim.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
8. Security
Exchanges with the website and with our tools are encrypted. Access to data is limited to the people who need it. Our processors are bound by contract to the same rules.
9. Changes
This policy may change. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Significant changes are announced on the website.
