Notifications are not triggered observation by observation: they follow your notification preferences (profile → “Notification preferences”), for all your projects.
- Choose the channel: email and/or push.
- The frequency: immediate, daily or weekly digest.
- The scope: only the observations assigned to you, or widened to your company, your trade, or the whole project.
To be alerted of every change to a specific observation, open it and click “Follow”. For someone to be alerted about an observation, assign it to them (“Assigned to” field): assigned observations are part of everyone's minimum scope.
