In “Observations”, click the funnel icon to open the project filters.
You can combine:
- Statuses, types and priorities.
- Trades and assigned people.
- Location: building, level, area, housing unit, or plan.
- Creation or due date period.
Filters also apply to the pins shown on the plans and to exports. A useful combination can be saved as a view (“Views” in the left-hand column) to find it again in one click — and serve as the basis for a report type.
