Select an object in the model (one click), then open “Properties” in the viewer toolbar: the panel lists the element's parameters as they were entered in Revit or in the IFC — category, family, type, dimensions, materials, identifier, custom parameters.
Properties are read-only in FunBIM; they help identify the equipment and check its characteristics before creating an observation or a form on it. The object identifier (GUID) is what links the observation to the element: it is kept if you import a new revision of the model.
