When a model is open, the file tree shows the views it contains under its name: “Views” (the 3D views saved in the model, if the file contains several) and “2D sheets” (the sheets embedded in the Revit file, as well as the PDF plans linked to the model by the Revit plugin).

Click a view or a sheet to load it in the viewer; click the model name to go back to the default 3D view. A linked PDF plan opens in the usual PDF viewer.

Observations and forms created from a 2D sheet or from the 3D view are the same objects: a pin placed on a sheet is attached to the matching element, and appears in the observation list with its original view.
