With the model open, click “Observations” in the floating toolbar on the left of the viewer, choose the type, then click the relevant object in the model (a piece of equipment, a duct, a wall…). The creation sheet opens, already located: fill in the title, status, priority, trades and photos, then click “Create”.

The pin is attached to the object clicked: if several observations target the same element, they stack next to it. A click on empty space places the pin in the centre of the view, with no associated object. The viewer's “explode” mode must be turned off to place an observation.

Clicking a pin opens the observation sheet and recentres the viewer on the object, which is highlighted. From the “Observations” list, the “Locate” button of a 3D observation opens the model directly at the right spot.

Tracking is then the same as for observations on plans: status changes, comments, photos, notifications, reports.
