Forms (quality checks, tests, commissioning, safety sheets…) are attached to a model object exactly like an observation: click “Forms” in the viewer's floating toolbar, choose the form type, then click the object.
The form opens for input, pre-filled with the type's default values (project name, date, location…). It then remains accessible from the pin on the model and from the “Forms” list, where you can complete, sign and export it.
For tracking per piece of equipment rather than per form, use the “Equipment” section of the floating toolbar: each model object gets a progress status, and the viewer colours the elements according to that status.
