The “Model browser” button in the viewer toolbar opens the model tree: levels, categories, families, then each element. Click a node to select everything it contains; the model recentres on it.
- Isolate: shows only the selection (right-click the selection or a node of the tree, then “Isolate”).
- Hide: removes the selection from the view, to see what is behind it.
- Show all: restores the whole model.
Combine the tree with FunBIM's “Rectangle selection” tool to grab all the objects of an area in one stroke, then isolate them.
On a tablet, the same commands are available in the viewer built into the app.
