The account starts with the START trial: 15 free days with all features. To keep collaborating afterwards, you need a subscription: open “My subscription” from the left-hand menu (or the avatar at the top right).
Plans are billed per user and valid on all your projects, with a monthly or annual commitment (and a discount for a 3-year commitment):
- FREE — at the end of the trial, read-only with no time limit: access to 2D plans, to observation and form lists, and writing comments.
- 2D — all features, unlimited storage: unlimited observations, forms and projects, custom reports, progress tracking, user administration, electronic signature, email and phone support.
- 3D — the 2D pack plus the 3D viewer (Revit, IFC, Navisworks), observations and forms on the model, 2D sheets / 3D views, external links and data export.
Prices are shown on the page. Choose the plan and the commitment, then “Request a quote”: our team will call you back to finalise the order. Deployment can be in the cloud (hosted in Europe), on your own servers or in an isolated environment.
Once the subscription is active, the “Company subscriptions” section of this page lists your subscriptions, their dates and the seats used; “Add” assigns a seat to a member of your company.
Without a subscription at the end of the trial, your account switches to read-only: you can still view your projects and those you are invited to, but you cannot write to them.
